Hi all, as its been quiet here recently, wonder whether the administrators or moderators would be intereted in doing another forum such as this one when the new T-62`s arrive. Which judging by the latest on Perth site wont be too long :rire2: . What are your thoughts on this?

Hi Andy,
I'm not really sure that the T-62 will draw as much interest as the T-55. It has not been so widely spread as its predecessor and you haven't that much interesting variants or even camouflage patterns, to my knowledge !

Anyhow, I would be immensely happy when Trumpeter release their kit. And of course, if a forum about the T-62 is started I'll be a frequent participant.

Olivier

Hi guy`s,

Yes by all means if there is enough response it would be a good idea to incorporate T-62`s to this forum. From what i see on the forums and at shows is that countrys such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Isreal, Syria, obviously Soviets, are all modelled by the fans of the T-54/55. The T-62 is/was also used in these areas, in varying camo schemes similar to those of the T-54/55. Will upload some pics later this evening.. I am sure Tommy has a few pics he wouldnt mind sharing too ..

I hope it will be as good as their MAZ-537G (http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/reviews/vehicles/trumpeter/tr00211.html)
